Today we're going through Google Chat, how it stands up against other single use SaaS products and what benefits it could have for your business.
Google Chat, if you’ve not used it before, is part of Google Workspace “out of the box”. It’s an instant messaging platform that fully integrates with the rest of Google Workspace. Allowing your users to quickly and effectively communicate and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders alike.
We last reviewed Google Chat in June with some updates, since then there has been more such as:
✔ Import data from other messaging platforms
✔ Create custom emojis for use in spaces
✔ Smart compose suggests responses
✔ 3rd party chat integrations with Jira, GitHub, Asana, Zendesk and Salesforce
