This is the standalone version of a parody of The Simpsons' "The Garbage Man" that I created within The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind to celebrate the 6th year anniversary of this YouTube channel. In this parody, Bolvyn Venim makes a combination of empty promises and threats to the well-being of Morrowind's populace under the guise of progress. This is inspired by a song from S9E22 of The Simpsons. It was the 200th overall episode of the show and even guest starred the music group U2 who also played a part during their parody song. You can find the original scene in question here:
