Kamala Harris is set to make her first public appearance on Monday since Joe Biden exits the 2024 election race. With Biden still away in Delaware and recovering from Covid, the vice president will host the NCAA championship teams from the 2023-24 season at the White House. Reacting to Biden’s decision to step aside and nominate her as his replacement, Harris said yesterday, “I am honored to have the president’s endorsement, and my intention is to earn and win this nomination”.
