It's not uncommon for our practices to slow down around the holidays, whether it’s due to open slots or folks canceling on shorter notice, it happens. Dare I say, it’s normal.
Vacations are good and healthy. And that includes vacations from therapy. But it’s also alarming if our bottom line depends on clients consistently coming through the door in order to pay our bills.
In this video, I offer a few tips to help you deal with the holiday lull (or slow periods at any time of year, for that matter).
