PS4 Remote Play On PC /w Latency Test - PlayStation 4 System Update 3.50
Sony just released system update 3.50 for the PS4 that includes a variety of much demanded features but the one I was excited for is remote play on your PC or Mac.
I gave it a quick test on both wired and wifi connections and I measured roughly ~100ms added delay (or 6 frame delay on a 60fps video capture) Noticeable but still playable for slower paced games. I still recommend you go wired over wifi on both the PC and PS4 when possible as you may encounter the occasional stutter/video blocking when you wifi signal is saturated.
