Rep. Bonamici Condemns Trump Decision to Rescind ICE Sensitive Location Guidance
On February 6. 2025, Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) took to the House floor to condemn Trump administration's decision to rescind guidance that restricted immigration arrests near sensitive locations, including hospitals, places of worship, and schools.
Congresswoman Bonamici leads legislation with New York Congressman Adriano Espaillat, the Protecting Sensitive Locations Act, to restore the previous guidance limiting ICE arrests into law.
