This video shows how to find Large Ion Cube Deposits in Subnautica Below Zero. Ion Cubes can be found in two locations as Large Deposits, which can be harvested with the Prawn Suit w. Drill Arm Module. Each Large Deposit can yield 6 - 12 Ion Cubes, so you can obtain anywhere from 24 - 48 Ion Cubes.
