Easy Vegan Pancakes for beginners

We all love pancakes! And these easy to make vegan pancakes are perfect for advanced or beginners vegan cooks. We invite you to enrich your breakfast menu with these vegan pancakes. They are healthy, fluffy, soft and filling and tasting delicious even without toppings, making it a great snack for children or to take with you to work. Easy to digest with lots of fibre, they make an ideal energy boost after exercise. Pile them up and let your imagination play with your taste buds!

Recipe:
1 cup or 100g Oats (Gluten-free also an option)
¼ cup or 26g Flaxseed meal
¼ cup or 26g Almond meal
2 medium ripe bananas
¼ tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup or 235ml any plant-based milk (I use rice milk to add some sweetness)

Add all your ingredients into a blender and process for a couple of minutes. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. If the thickness of the batter is not at the desired level, add more flaxseed meal or oat and blend again.
Spray some olive oil on a hot non-stick pan. Take 1/3 cup of the batter and pour it into your pan. Cook for 3 minutes and then turn and cook for another minute. Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
Serve with any sweetener of your desire, chocolate sauce and fruits.
