On this segment of The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation, Mo Rocca speaks with Flemming Rafn Thomsen, co-inventor of Climate Tile, to learn more about the innovation that aims to help urban areas manage flooding.
The Climate Tile is dotted with holes that allow it to collect and manage water. The rainwater percolates through these holes and is redirected into a piping system underground, funneling some of the rainwater into planted space alongside the pavement.
