Warm-Up: 5 minutes
Set 1: THE BEHEMOTH (45s on/15s off/15s on/45s off/45s on+ 15s finisher *Mix of sprints & climbs)
Set 2: NINJA HIIT (3 x 30s on/30s off climbing)
Set 3: TOKYO DRIFT (90s sprint/30s rest/2 min tempo to sprint)
Set 4: KING OF THE MOUNTAIN (15/30/45 + 45/45/30/30/15/15 *Rep rest is 15s; mix of sprints and climbs)
Cool-Down
*Set Rest: 1 minute (except between Set 1 & 2 which is a tempo!)
