This is btw the talk I wrote ages ago for Black Spine but in the editing process felt like it's completely inappropriate for that painting in question.

This is the talk I wish I had time for in all of my art courses but don't because I really do feel like it's absolutely the most important thing to consider when doing a landscape painting.

Also to clarify "MOOD": That word doesn't only mean oppressive foggy depressing scenery. There are all kinds of moods and emotions your painting can be about.
