Steps:

For 32 Bit Windows
--- Copy and paste the msvcp140.dll (32-Bit) file into the folder: C:/Windows/System32

For 64 Bit Windows
--- Copy and paste the msvcp140.dll (32-Bit) file into the folder: C:/Windows/SYSWOW64
--- Copy and paste the msvcp140.dll (64-Bit) into: C:/Windows/System32

If this didn't work try updating Microsoft Visual C++ from their official site.
