Documents required for CWSN candidates for Writer/ extra time of HS Exam 2025.

ln partial modification of the Annual Working Plan 2024-2025 vide Memo No. DS
(EXAM/048/2024 dated 03.05.2024, all the stakeholders are hereby informed that
the date of distribution camp of admit card and other materials for H.S.
Examination, 2025 has been shifted to 7th February, 2025 (Friday)in place of 19th
February, 2025 because the date coincided with the date of Madhyamik Pariksha
(Secondary Examination)

ln continuation to the notification vide No. L/PR/413/2024 dated 20/11/2024; the
undersigned is pleased to inform all the stakeholders that the date of Practical and
Project Marks' submission for the students appearing in the Higher Secondary
Examination, 2025 through the Council's Online Portal is extended till 31.01.2025.

I am to inform you that the Council is coming up with a new Academic
interface through which the schools may submit all academic applications
in online mode. You would be pleased to know that this revised interface
would be a much more simplified version of the earlier one and the
volume of documents to be uploaded through the interface has been cut
down substantially.
This interface would be operational from 27th of January, 2025 and the
‘User Manual for the Schools’ would be uploaded on our website very
shortly.
Please note that, the present interface will be kept closed for any new
academic applications up to 26th of January, 2025.

Attention: All the Head of the institutions under the our view of the Council
This is to inform all the Head of the Institutions affiliated to the Council and other related concerned that the
Child With Special Need (CWSN) candidates may apply for amanuensis (Writer/extra time or for both) to the
concerned Regional Office of the Council along with the following documents for ensuing H.S. Examination,
2025.
Documents needed for permission of Writer with Extra Time:
1. Application of the Candidate duly undersigned and forwarded by the Head of the institution.
2. Letter of the Head of the institution stating he following information positively. Name, Roll No., Registration No, Centre Name, Centre Code and Mobile Number of he
Candidate.
o Name, address and the educational qualification of he Writer.
o Mobile & Email ld of the Head of the institution.
3. Attested photocopy of Admit Card & Registration of the Candidate.
4. 04 copies of passport size photograph of the Candidate & Writer each.
5. Educational qualification of the Writer should not be more than Class Xl. Thus a certificate/declaration
of the concerned Head of the institution in respect of educational qualification of the Writer.
6. Attested photocopy of Disability Certificate issued from the Movement Office/Hospital.
7. No Objection Certificate of the Writer duly countersigned by the Parents/Guardian.
8. Attested photocopy of Permission Letter, obtained for appearing in Class-X (Secondary) Examination,
issued by the concerned Board, if any
Documents needed for permission of Extra Time without Writer:
1 . Application of the Candidate duly countersigned by the Head of the lnstitution
2. Letter of the Head of the lnstitution stating the following information positivelyo Name, Roll No., Registration No, centre Name, centre code and Mobile Number of the
Candidate.
o Mobile & Email ld of the Head of the lnstitution
3. Attested photocopy of Admit Card & Registration of the Candidate'
4. 03 copies of passport size photograph of the Candidate.
5. Attested photocopy of Disability Certificate issued from the Govermment Office/Hospital'
6 Attested photocopy of permission Letter, obtained for appearing in Class-X (Secondary) Examination,
issued by the concerned Board, if any.
