The fetal midline brain today is no longer evaluated by indirect assumptions of normalcy by assessing the cavum septum pellucidum and the axial appearance of the cerebellar vermis. Technology today permits an extensive and complete visualisation of the corpus callosum using various approaches which include transvaginal evaluation, 3D studies with a variety of enhanced software, and fetal MRI. This webinar takes you through structural evaluation, evaluation beyond the corpus callosum itself, and additional genetic evaluation and counselling.
