In this tutorial I show you how to create a vignette effect in adobe premiere pro cc. Step 1, drop the footage into the timeline. Step 2, create an adjustment layer and place it on top of the video clip. Make sure the adjustment layer is the length of the clip. Now to go effects, and find the circle effect. Drop that effect on the adjustment layer.

Increase the size of the circle until it fills most of the frame. Now adjust the blend mode from normal to stencil alpha.

Increase the size of the outer feather until you get the look you are after.
