How To Make Dye-Free Icing / Dye-Free Frosting | Healthy Grocery Girl
The kids and I made a batch of sugar cookies yesterday for their friends to celebrate Valentine's Day! We decorated the cookies with this easy DIY dye-free pink frosting which is so delicious and fun!
Ingredients:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons of milk (almond milk is what I used)
Light Pink Frosting: 1 teaspoon beet juice*
Dark Pink / Red Frosting: 2-3 teaspoons beet juice*
*Cherries, raspberries or strawberries also work! Varying red fruits and veggies will yield various shades of pink and red.
Direction: Mix, decorate and enjoy!
