When it comes to the Hyper X Cloud 2 Wireless headset the hardware easily makes up for the lacking software and just based on the hardware alone is why I would highly recommend these. In game audio sounds great and I never have to worry about battery life thanks to the 30hrs these headphones get. Software can always be updated and technically the HyperX Ngenuity software these headphones use are still in beta so hopefully some common features like that of a proper EQ and voice indication could be added in the future. Hope this helps someone make a decision on a new gaming headset whether its this or something else.
