FIRST Water Test - 300hp Super Charged Mini Jet Boat **The Curse Continues**
The Curse continues.. What was supposed to be the maiden voyage of my jet boat build turned out to thwarted by the ONE thing that I did not replace/redo since taking delivery of my boat from my previous boat builder.. As you'll see in the video, the jet pump housing was not sealed whatsoever to the mounting flange. Ended up saving the boat from sinking while it was tied to the dock (thanks to my bilge) I got the boat trailer back down the ramp and managed to pull it back out just in time. Within 24 hrs I managed to pull the engine, jet pump, jet pump housing, ACTUALLY seal the jet pump housing back to the hull with "the right stuff" reinstalled everything along with re-aligning the engine and had the boat back in the water the following day.
This build has taken 14months thus far.. But now that it is running the end is finally in sight!!
