This easy and cheap Vexor Navy Issue is supposed to be an easy upgrade for new players to be able to make some good ISK while not having to invest to much, being only 90mil ISK expensive and making easily 30-50mil/h, it very much is a cheap, but effective, investment and allows you to progress in EVE Online.
