Treasure My Name - Nerissa Ravencroft x Bruno Mars (Mashup)
Anyone up for not one, but two 21st-century throwbacks to 70s/80s disco/funk jams? It's uncanny just how similar the grooves of these two songs are, plus them (hilariously) each having shitpost edits messing with their first line ("bored to tears" 🤝 "gimme your gimme your gimme your").
Fun fact: months ago I started up a cover of Say My Name that was supposed to be a kind of funk rock rendition, similar to Extreme's "Get The Funk Out", but IRL stuff got in the way and I had to scrap it for the time being. Instead I made this, which I think turned out better than the remix would have anyway.
