We have started SAP S/4 HANA EWM, WM, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM implementation project project for Sep month 2023 implementation project, batch time evening 9 PM IST to 10 PM IST.

SAP S/4 HANA EWM, WM, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM implementation project project deliverables: -
1. Discuss about scope documents to understand the client business process of SAP S/4 HANA EWM, WM, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM module
2. Preparation of BPML business process master list documents preparation, which includes all the business process requirements to be addressed in SAP
3. Preparation of Fit-Gap Analysis with each business process with flow diagram, roles and Authorization and purpose and benefits of the process
4. Preparation of Business Blue print which contains AS IS, TO BE, process flow diagram, Gap Analysis, integration process, roles and Authorization, reporting requirements etc.
5. Preparation of KDS key data structures which covers the configuration of s/4 organization Structure, master data, business transaction etc.;
6. Configuration of client business process based on the business blue print and KDS reference
7. Preparation of WRICEF objects which covers Forms, Reports, Enhancement, Interface, Conversation objects etc.
8. Preparation of test scripts documents for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing based on the client business process
9. Preparation of Configuration Documents, testing documents like unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing etc.
10. Preparation of cut over activities of master data, stock upload, open purchase order, sales order, production order etc.
11. Preparation of roles and Authorization with all the app, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly report and analytical app report etc.
12. Involve rehearsal cut over activities of master data in pre-production server
13. Upload EWM master data in production server and Initial Stock upload etc.
14. Preparation of Training manual document and conduct the user training with SAP S/4 HANA EWM, WM, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM module
15. Involved in pre-production activities to move transfer request form dev system to production system, check the WRICEF objects are moved and working without any dumps
16. Involve Go Live activities of SAP S/4 HANA EWM, WM, MM, SD, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM module with clients and provide 1 month support activities
17. Discussion about support project tickets and prepare the solution design document to clear the technical round interviews
18. Conduct 3 levels of technical round interviews to get more exposure to clear MNC company technical round interviews.
