Pipeline in PIC Microcontroller || Multistage Pipeline || Parallel Processing in Microprocessors
This video explains the concept of pipeline architecture implementation in PIC microcontroller. This mechanism speed up the processing of instruction and reduced the overall instruction execution time. In Pipeline, while already fetched instruction is under the process of execution then the next instruction will be fetched in parallel to this execution process. In this way, when one instruction's execution is completed, next instruction is ready for processor to get it executed. Processor does not need to wait for next instruction to fetch and instruction cycles or clock cycles are saved and instruction execution time is optimized.
