HANKY PANKY COCKTAIL on Drink Classics
The Hanky Panky cocktail is one of my all time favourites, and considering it's a great Christmas drink I thought it a nice one to make for the holiday season. It's also said to be the first canonical cocktail definitively attributed to a female bartender (David Wondrich).
This variation using slightly more gin works really well with Skye 57 gin, it brings a spicy flavour full of body and character to the drink. It's strong juniper note accompanied by citrus, pepper and dark berries makes it a spectacular choice for this drink.
