Responding to a Case with an ArcSight SOAR Playbook | CyberRes SME Submission
Learn basic case triage and response with ArcSight SOAR. ArcSight uses playbooks to automatically update cases and automate responses to alerts. It also passes the control back to the analyst when needed for certain activities.
In this video from Ed Hjorth, CyberRes Digital Content Lead, you'll take the perspective of a Level 1 Analyst, responding to a case that executed a playbook. You'll complete a task and watch the playbook automatically proceed to the next workflow item.
