Why doesn't InDesign have the Title Case or Sentence Case function in paragraph styles? Well, until the programmers add that, here's a helpful workaround when you need large amounts of text converted to Title Case.
This tutorial also shows you how to exclude conjunctions and other small words from the Title Case GREP function.

Use this Grep style code to make EVERYTHING Sentence Case:
\s\l|[-\s]\l(?!(f|he|nd?|o|y|rom|or|ut)?\b)
and select ALL CAPS
Then, apply to desired style

Use GREP to find these instances, select Normal Case, Any Paragraph Style (overrides will ensue otherwise):
