Webcams see things different than the human eye or what you might see in a mirror. In this video, I'll compare the optic qualities of webcams and how they can change the shape of your face. This is not about using different camera angles or digitally modifying the image, it's only about the built-in optics of the cameras. I'll compare around a dozen different webcams, which ones do appear to make rounder faces like mine look thinner, what their common attributes are, and name the webcams that create this effect.
