🔺If none of this solved the issue:
1. If you have audio from other games and your music player, then the game is the issue. Consider reinstalling the game but before doing so, mess around with the "in game" audio settings. Some games come with advanced audio schemes that some computers don't support. Remember to backup your progress if you're reinstalling the game.
2. If you're not getting audio from none of your games, then download the Microsoft tune up tool, and scan for audio errors. A recently installed program can also cause this issue so check...If you re using Dolby, try disabling it. If your sound tracking is ON, disable it and see if anything changes.
3. This could also be an output issue. Try different audio outputs (Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, USB C audio output, speaker, headset, etc.). If it's a desktop computer, try restarting as many users leave their computer ON for days which can lead to some functions not available after waking the computer from sleep.
