Here is one of my mornings Breakfast routine. Lemon and key lime drink with warm water. I buy my bitter herb drink at my local herbal shop called Pempamsie in South London. Herbal bitters is great for overall health and Bitters helps with sugar cravings amongst many other things.
After that I made my chia pudding with chia seeds, oat milk, flaxseeds, banana, satsumas, cacao nibs, cinnamon, sea moss gel and sweetened with Agave. It was delcious
We need to start considering what the food industry and medical system gain from encouraging you to be unhealthy…. ? Your custom me thinks. They earn money from you at both ends of your life it’s all about profit. What do you think? Take control of your health guys more water, fruit and veg lets' not end our days in suffering. It's not inevitable to end our days sick
