If you want the best Cherry Blossom Photos in Washington DC, start at blue hour and head to the Tidal Basin before dawn. From the Tidal Basin you can capture the blossoms, the Jefferson Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Martin Luther King Memorial and statue. It's a magical place, but get there early for a good spot!
