Once our AI Builder Model is developed, trained and published we can consume AI Builder Document Processing Model in Power Automate.
Here I have taken a real-life example, where we are uploading the documents in SharePoint Document Library. Once documents are uploaded, it will automatically process those documents using Power Platform and Unstructured Document Processing Model and Populate the data in SharePoint List.
