Chrysler 8.25 Axle Swap on Turbo LS Swap Jeep Comanche MJ
We decided that the Dana 35 under the Comanche probably would not be a great idea considering the power this Turbo LS 5.3 will have compared to the stock 4.0! Since we are on a time crunch and only have 30 days since we started we decided to use the Chrysler 8.25 out of the Parts XJ Jeep. I was underneath removing the wire harness and I noticed the axle did not look like a 35 which we originally thought it had and after some research it turned out to be the 8.25 which is a bit stronger than the 35. After some slight modifications to the mounts we were able to bolt it into the MJ
