Changing Hydraulic Oil & Filters | Franna Crane Project | Part 4
What did we find in the hydraulic filters!? This is Part 4 of our Franna Crane project and stage 1 of replacing the boom lift cylinders is completed! In this video we get our new Boom Lift Cylinders fitted back onto the crane but before we can do that, we need to clean out the hydraulic oil, the tank and replace the filters. We show the step by step process of pumping out the hydraulic tank, flushing the hydraulic lines and replacing the oil filters. We also show fitting the new boom lift cylinders back onto the Franna crane before testing them out and topping up the hydraulic oil. Keep an eye out for the next video of this project when we start on the Steering cylinder circuit!
