In this real estate photo editing tutorial I'll share how Luminar AI can be used as a fantastic tool to quickly edit photos of houses and get them back to your client / real estate agent quicker than ever and looking great. While we focus on the editing of interior photos here, the workflow and template we create can equally be applied with successful results to exterior architecture photography as well.
Luminar has a unique advantage over other photo editing software. Not only does this editing powerhouse pack the usual photo editing toolset it also offers unique solutions to the problems photo editors face all leveraged by artificial intelligence. This software has found its way into my high end architectural work as part of my editing workflow alongside Lightroom and Photoshop, but in this video I show how it can also be used independently to achieve great results.
Luminar AI is an extremely powerful tool but it's super easy to use. So if you're someone looking to get through your editing more quickly and want an easy approach to achieving excellent results this photo editing software is a great option.
