First quest for Faral Retheran in the Redoran Treasure in Vivec. She asks you to convince Meril Hlaano, a Hlaalu noble, to stop slandering House Redoran.

While you can, technically, pass this quest by killing Meril Hlaalo, it is intended for you to persuade him to withdraw his statements.
