The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce was pleased to partner with BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group (TIG) to host a luncheon on “Investing in Reforestation in Brazil: Opportunities Beyond Carbon Credits.”
This timely program examined the case for reforestation and forest conservation in Brazil (and beyond). Discussion delved into natural climate solutions as well as voluntary carbon credit markets. Panelists shared how restoration and conservation projects can revitalize habitats, promote sustainable production, and benefit local communities, delivering significant climate impacts.
