What Items Should You Be Building on Feng Mao (Spreadsheet Available)
Feng Mao is one of the rare few heroes that gets scaling on his abilities from something other than power, as both his movement speed/shield ability and his execute ultimate scale off flat pen. I've constructed a build spreadsheet of all the flat pen items, plus a few extras, to help you get the most out of your Feng Mao builds. You can build to have his ult execute range be over 1200 hp, which is about 1/3 to 1/2 of most carry or midlaners health bars, that is if you're willing to build full damage on him and sacrifice survivability. With his recent buff to his clear and slowdown ability, Hamstring, I would not be surprised to see Feng Mao move up the tier list as both a high mobility solo laner and a dangerous burst jungler.
