If I could go back and start all over with my website 7 years ago, I would do this one thing differently....

I would have been more intentional with the information I collected, thus leading me into a better marketing plan on retaining and gaining new customers.

As entrepreneurs we go into this path and calling blindly, no roadmap, all we see is a better way for people. Our product and service is intended to help our target market improve and we go all in with service for other people. It’s a risk we take to help others. A big risk with no guidelines or map on how to do it.

I started Bloom seven years ago and I often reflect on how I did things, how I can improve, how I can avoid making the same mistakes. One of the things I could have done much differently, and something every Squarespace Website owner can learn from is with the Scheduler and with Email Campaigns.

Whether we make a sale or not, we can use the information collected to continue to provide value to people that have been interested in us at some point.
