Creating content transformed my once timid voice. I recall my early days of visibility - and the deep self-judgment each video triggered. But in simply recording my thoughts, even in the face of inner blocks, bit by bit, I found the freedom to create more confidently.
This habit of humbly creating has changed my belief in needing the "right" ideas "first". I now see the open-hearted act of creating as the path itself -- one of clarity, contribution and ever-expanding truth. I invite you to begin your own journey of courageously creating!
