How to Make a Manhattan Cocktail
Ever wondered how to make a Manhattan cocktail? This classic drink has whiskey, a dash or sweet vermouth, bitters and a cherry making for an excellent, easy to make cocktail to add to your mixology repetoire. You can make it with rye, bourbon, or any whiskey you enjoy.

There are only four ingredients in a Manhattan drink and they work well in unison to highlight the bourbon flavor. This drink also just so happens to be the kissing cousin of my all time favorite cocktails, the old fashioned! I've said it before so I'll say it again... if you're going to put cherries in a drink they should probably be Luxardo!! They taste AMAZING and ARE NOT that ARTIFICIAL shade of red. What's your go-to bourbon? Warning you in advance though, mind the alcohol content, it's strong!
