World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier IV Premium Japanese Cruiser Yubari
My viewers have a term for me bad-mouthing a ship relentlessly, then going out and turning in a good game in it: the Genova effect. That's exactly what happens in this game in Tier IV Premium Japanese cruiser Yubari. My excuse is that I got this ship confused with Katori (which is utter garbage) or Iwaki Alpha (which I don't remember being much better having tried her on my old wiki team press account). In truth, Yubari is a pretty solid little light cruiser for her tier. She's a pretty good destroyer hunter and her AA isn't too bad. Sure, she's made of tissue paper and her torpedo angles are awful, but you can absolutely turn in good games in this ship... as evidenced here on Ring.
In an effort to keep a better flow of content coming, I'm going to pretty up some of my more interesting Twitch games from a given week and share them on the channel. It kind of goes against my innate need to have a good-looking finished product, but I'm going to try this and see what you guys think. Please let me know in the comments. These are much faster to produce than my normal stuff, but are a little less polished.
