Agano, tier 5 IJN cruiser with more torps than any, more dmg on those torps and more range on those torps than any 2 DDs combined....almost.
It is also my highest PR ranking ship on the account, amongst 500 other ships, at least it was at the time of making this video.
Sounds absolutely balanced doesn't it.
