My reflections, intentions and Goal questions:
I also find this exercise takes off the pressure of a new year for me personally. It allows me to refocus on the things I’m grateful for and how I want to refocus my thoughts for moving into a new year…
Thought I’d share some of the questions I answer and ask myself before moving into 2024.
I also have added in a mood-boarding manifesting section in this process the last two years and it’s always come true in order of how I write it all out 👏🏻💭❣️

Intentions and goals:
I always write a new chapter title to ease myself into a new year when focusing on intentions and goals. I feel like there can be a lot of pressures this time of year to get things going but I like to really focus on taking January slow, easing myself in and focusing on my mental and physical health more.
I like to fill the days with things I find more grounding and be kinder to myself rather than getting wrapped up in the “fast paced” ways of life & all “society pressures” of moving into a new year.
