Yamaha offers the FZ S Fi V4 in two variants: Standard and Deluxe. The Standard model is priced at Rs 1,29,200 and is available in two colour options: Matte Black and Dark Matte Blue.
Alternatively, the Deluxe or the DLX variant retails for Rs 1,29,700 (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi) and comes in six different colour schemes to choose from which include: Cyber Green (newly added) Ice Fluo-Vermillion (newly added), Metallic Grey, Majesty Red, Racing Blue, and Matte Black.
Yamaha FZ S FI V4 Engine
The Yamaha FZ S FI V4 is powered by a 149cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder, 2-valve, fuel-injected engine that generates 12.4 PS @ 7250 rpm and 13.3 Nm @ 5500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
Yamaha FZ S FI V4 Suspension & Brakes
In terms of underpinnings, the FZ S Fi V4 borrows heavily from its immediate predecessor (the still-available FZ-S Fi V3). The bike comes with a telescopic fork at the front and a 7-step adjustable monoshock at the rear, and a box-section swingarm.
The latest FZ S Fi V4 rides on tubeless tyres sized 100/80-17 at the front and radial tubeless measuring 140/60 R17 at the rear. For braking, Yamaha has equipped the FZ S Fi V4 with a 282mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc assisted by a single-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
In terms of proportions, the Yamaha FZ S Fi V4 comes has a ground clearance of 165mm and a seat height of 790mm. It has a fuel tank of 13 litres and weighs 135kg, kerb.
Yamaha FZ S FI V4 Key Features
The Yamaha FZ S Fi V4 features complete LED lighting for the headlight, tail light as well as the indicators. It features an LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity via the Yamaha Y-Connect app. This facilitates call/message notifications, last-parked location, phone battery levels, and service reminders, among others. The Yamaha FZ S Fi V4 Deluxe variant also gets coloured alloy wheels as standard. A traction control system is also provided across all the variants as standard.
