In which Steven Feuerstein takes a look at several ways you should never handle an exception in your PL/SQL block. To summarize:

1. Don't swallow up or hide errors.

2. Don't simply display error information on the screen through a call to DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE.

3. Don't handle and re-raise without adding value (logging or doing *something*).
