Why doesn't anyone read Elena Garro?
Elena Garro is still a mystery to the vast majority of readers, who when it comes to Latin American literature tend to remember the authors of the “canon” that gave birth to the Boom. In this report we try to explain why she is not one of the most recognized authors when she, together with Juan Rulfo, gave birth to magical realism and she is one of the great narrators of universal literature.
