Normal aspect ratio for youtube videos is 16:9. But if you want to add cinematic environment in your video, then 21:9 aspect ratio will be the best. Do not change aspect ratio for every clip. You can change it at any time by using sequence setting in premiere pro. You can also adjust the clip for better framing of your video.
