How to set up Extra Fields For MailChimp Newsletter Discount
Extra Fields For MailChimp Newsletter Discount is an add-on to the WooCommerce MailChimp Newsletter Discount plugin. It's also compatible with the Pro/Extended version of the WooCommerce MailChimp Newsletter Discount.
Using the Extra Fields For MailChimp Newsletter Discount, you can add any number of fields along with the default Name and Email fields that you get with the WooCommerce MailChimp Newsletter Discount plugin.
You need to install and activate WooCommerce and WooCommerce MailChimp Newsletter Discount/Extended plugins before you start using this plugin.
After installing and activating those plugins, You need to install and activate the Extra Fields For MailChimp Newsletter Discount plugin. You can get this from our ZetaMatic store, it comes with various plans.

After you purchase this you can download the plugin zip file by logging in to your ZetaMatic account, and then go to MY ACCOUNT - Purchase History - click View Details and Downloads of the recently purchased product. And click on the product link under the Products section, and the plugin Zip file will start to download.
After the download is complete, go to your WordPress dashboard, plugin section, click on Add New then Upload Plugin. And upload the zip file of the plugin. After that click on Activate.

After activating plugin go to MailChimp Newsletter Discount / Extended plugin's Settings page. In the General Settings Check the Enable MailChimp Newsletter Discount to activate the newsletter plugin. And save the changes by clicking on the Save Options button.
Next, go to the Extra Fields section, click on Add New Field, choose from the available Fields Types. Give a name to the Field, and based on that the slug will be created, then enter the name for the Placeholder section, You can make this field required by checking the required option, and validation message shows when the field is required and some tries to skip it and submits the form, must check the Enable Merge Tag option to sync data with MailChimp.
Similarly you can create many fields and after that Save the changes.
