24 oz. large cleaned and deveined shrimp
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 stick ( 8 tbsps. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. thyme
2 tbsps. Cajun seasoning
1 up chopped onion
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp. liquid shrimp and crab boil
1 link andouille sausage
salt to taste ( I did not use any)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup chopped red/green bell peppers
2 green onion chopped
1 cup chopped celery
14 oz. fire roasted tomatoes
4 cup chicken broth
