How to Make a Circle Outline or Hollow Circle in Premiere Pro
In this tutorial you’ll learn how to make a circle outline in Premiere Pro. You may also call this a hollow circle or empty circle or circle border in Premiere Pro.
Here’s a quick recap:
Activate the Ellipse Tool in the Toolbar. Draw a circle in the Program Monitor. You can hold the Shift key to make a perfect circle. Find the Essential Graphics panel. Scroll down until you find Fill and Stroke. Under Stroke, check this on then choose the color and border width. Under Fill uncheck this to turn it off. Now you are left with just your circle outline or circle border.
