Mochi Loki
Long Beach Animal Care Services, CA - Mochi (#A563459 - female) & Loki (#A563460 - male) are a delightful, bonded, 9 year old pair (perhaps siblings?) that were found together stray In February. Sadly they have been guests of our shelter in the past & reclaimed by their owner, but this time no one has come for them.
These two are simply lovely & we would really like to find them a home together. They are gentle & calmer than a typical young husky due to their age & would love nothing more than walks around the neighborhood & a soft place to take a long nap. They both really enjoy attention from any nearby hoomans willing to lend a scratching hand & really enjoy spending time with one another.
It can honestly be challenging to find the right homes for huskies & it can be difficult to find homes willing to embrace a senior, but we truly believe there's a perfect foster or forever home out there for this wonderful pair & we're determined to find it!
Our shelter is critically over capacity & Mochi & Loki are long-stay dogs. Our staff & volunteers are truly working tirelessly to avoid euthanasia whenever possible, but WE NEED YOUR HELP.
